Paid products
The kit is a one-off digital product at USD 799. The watch is a monthly subscription at USD 49. Both are sold through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars; any VAT or sales tax is shown at checkout where applicable. By buying the kit you ask for immediate access to the digital files and acknowledge that the withdrawal right ends when access begins, where the law allows. The kit is released against a paid session. The watch can be cancelled in Stripe. Because the kit is a digital download, it is not refundable once the files are accessed, except where the law requires a refund.
Accuracy, trademarks and copyright
The record is our own wording, checked against the public sources named on the sources page. It is not the official text and it may contain errors; check it before you rely on it. ISO and IEC are the owners of their standards and marks. This site does not reproduce the standards, and it does not claim any licence, endorsement or approval from ISO, IEC, any national body or any certification body.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, The Art of Service Pty Ltd is not liable for a decision you take on the basis of this record. Nothing in these terms excludes a right that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a consumer guarantee applies, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of resupply, as the law permits.
