What the reading can and cannot say
It reads your role, your systems, your 42001 position, the next audit date and whether generated content enters training. It returns a planning position, not a compliance result.
The five readings
- Scope incomplete. A required answer is missing. It names the answer, never a default.
- Out of scope. The framework is for organisations that implement or use ML-based AI systems.
- No certification route. There is no certificate and no transition audit. The amendment changes a vocabulary.
- Prepare before publication. Your next audit falls before the planning date. Use it to test the description.
- Watch and prepare. Your next audit falls after the planning date. Build the description and the synthetic data rule now.
- Date not recorded. You are on the 42001 route but gave no audit date. It names the missing date rather than guessing one.
Why there is no transition deadline
No accreditation body has published a transition rule for a framework standard, and there is no certificate to transition. The planning date is an estimate from ISO stage 50.00. The CEN adoption project lists a later date for the European text. The reading sends the obligation question to the instrument that creates it, ISO/IEC 42001 or the applicable law, instead of inventing a duty.
The check does not store your answers. The page fetches one static file, /seed/scope.json, and computes locally. Cloudflare serves the page and records a cookieless page view.
