The phrase "ISO 23053 certification" is searched, and pages that offer it are selling something the standard does not support. ISO/IEC 23053 is a framework. It contains no requirements that a certification body could audit against, and ISO has not published a conformity assessment scheme for it. An organisation that wants a certificate in this area is looking for ISO/IEC 42001, the AI management system standard, which is certifiable and is assessed by accredited certification bodies. 23053 then becomes the vocabulary used inside the 42001 system, not a certificate of its own. If a supplier shows you an ISO 23053 certificate, ask which accreditation body accredited the certifier and against which scheme.
